He Will (Original Poem)

Hi folks!

I haven't posted in a while, I've been dealing with some things. Nothing too horrible don't worry, if you were even worrying at all lol. Anyway, I was listening to the sermon at church today and I got the inspiration to write, so I had to get it out of my brain before even thinking about absorbing any new information lol. So here it is! Loosely based on Tim Troxell's sermon from March 18, 2018. Enjoy!

He Will

Who is your authority in your life? The one who controls your thoughts Your action Your existence The one you respond to without hesitation The one you go to for wisdom and guidance Do you know where that control is coming from? Is it from yourself? Are you only responding to yourself? Being your own CEO Your own supervisor Your own boss Is that control coming from a friend? Or rather a toxic friend? One that shouldn’t be bossing you around in the first place With no right to be doing what they’re doing Are you listening to their demands? Commands? Control? Or are you depending on God?
