Getting Back to Yoga

Hey guys!
So I am dead tired right now because A. It's 1:30am right now and B. because I just finished my first day of TRUE- the 30-Day Yoga Journey by Yoga with Adriene. It was so nice! I used to do yoga for my back before life got way too complicated to manage it, but that was years ago, so it was awesome to be able to get back into it.
So let's say I'm not the most athletic person. Let's say it, because it's 100% true haha. I like exercising because I feel accomplished and refreshed after, but, besides not having time for it ever, the main reason I don't exercise often is.....my body hates me haha. My back always hates whatever I do and then, of course, I just HAVE to have exercise-induced asthma on top of it all....long story short I basically feel like I'm dying every time I work out.
BUT yoga, I remembered tonight, was fine for both of those, because it stretches the muscles that are usually hurting from the scoliosis, and it's not quick cardio, so my asthma doesn't try to kill me! It's great! So I decided to get back into it tonight, whether or not I "have time," because it's also super good for my mental health and stress levels to reevaluate myself every once in a while, to make sure I'm taking care of myself....which I'm usually not very well....which is why I'm doing this!! I hope to get at least a little fitter from it as well. I'm stronger than I look, but I am in no ways strong haha.
So I could wake up really early before I'm even mentally awake, spend a ton of money on a gym that I'd have to spend gas to get to every day, be faced with a lot of really fit people in front of me, making me self-conscious and socially anxious, and return home wanting to do nothing for the rest of the day because I'm so tired, even though it's 8am......OR I could just watch a YouTube playlist of a really cool, kinda nerdy, real-human yoga instructor lead me through half-hour sessions every night before I go to bed, AT HOME so no one can see me fall over losing my balance, all of this making me super tired and actually wanting to go directly to bed because I'm so relaxed and also sore and muscle-tired. And then I can go to bed!!! How wonderful is that?
Okay, yes, this entire thing is to promote TRUE- the 30-Day Yoga Journey by Yoga with Adriene....and no, this isn't sponsored haha. I just really like it and I think a lot of other people would benefit from it if they're also too busy and in pain all the time to work out.... I really enjoy the yoga, even though and because it kicks my butt into gear. So, I'm asking nicely, would anyone want to join me in this 30-Day challenge?
