Hey guys,

I just felt like this needed to be shared. This poem has been driven by a few recent events in my life, but I wrote it to everyone. Everyone needs to hear this, because this world is constantly throwing terrible things at us with no relief. You need to know there is relief, and it's coming soon. I promise. Please read this. Thank you.

Love, Noelle

Little One

Worthless?

Why do you feel worthless?

Did someone tell you you’re worthless?

You’re not worthless.

Rejected?

Why do you feel rejected?

Did someone reject you?

You’re not rejected.

Run down?

Why do you feel run down?

Did someone run you down?

Did someone run you out?

Stretch you way too thin?

Make you cracked and brittle?

Too little too late, you say.

I won’t be late and it won’t be little.

Yes, someone said those things to you.

Worthless

Rejected

Yes, someone ran you down.

They may have done that to you

But that doesn’t mean anything they said

Was true.

Look up, little one, and see the light.

No, not the one at the end of the tunnel.

There is no tunnel, there is no fog.

There is no forest, there’s nothing to bog

Your mind is okay

It doesn’t feel that way

I know, and I’m sorry.

Look, little one, at the light coming from within

Look at your eyes every time you grin

If only you would see the light I see in you.

You are stronger than this.

Listen, little one, to the beat of your heart.

You’re still here.

If you weren’t supposed to be here, you wouldn’t be.

You have a purpose.

Feel, little one, your longing to live.

Love.

Thrive.

All of that is capable.

It’s not unrealistic.

What’s unreasonable is going ballistic

Over a matter much weaker than your will

You want to give up?

Don’t.

It’s not worth it.

YOU ARE WORTH IT.

You are worth living.

Worth loving.

Worth thriving.

Please, keep going.

I love you.
