Restart.

Hey all! So recently I've been going through a ton of severe life changes- and I've been working through the concept stated above. I have to keep reminding myself that's it's okay and normal to start over wen things aren't going right. I've been through multiple extremely toxic relationships that have left me mentally abused and scared to be myself. Just being honest here. It's really hard to put into words all the things that come to mind wen thinking about starting over, whether it be with friendships, careers, living situations, etc. It's really scary. I'm going through a lot of that right now in my own personal life. I have no idea what's going on, to be honest. I have to keep reminding myself of this quote, that starting over is necessary to live a better life, or else we're stuck in permanent misery. The enemy can get to us so easily just by making us feel awful about ourselves, but we can't let him have that power. If something's wrong, fix it! If starting over is what it takes to make yourself feel better, start over! It's really hard, believe me-- I've gone through many tissue boxes recently, crying through my transition into my new life, but I know it'll be worth it. One of my favorite quotes of all time is "God gives His hardest battles to His strongest soldiers." How great is that? He will only give us what He knows we can handle. It only seems like we can't handle it because we're not asking for His help through it. We need to start over, to cleanse ourselves, to begin again fresh, to make ourselves and our lives better in the name of the Lord. He's the most important piece in this equation, so let him take that place in your life, and start over. It'll be worth it, I promise. Everything done in the world have been done so God can show us something. We learn from everything, even if it's bad. Moving past that is where we grow as humans. So grow! You need it. I ran into this verse the other whilst crying over my transition, and it really helped: “GOD, the Master, told the dry bones, “Watch this: I’m bringing the breath of life to you and you’ll come to life. I’ll attach sinews to you, put meat on your bones, cover you with skin, and breathe life into you. You’ll come alive and you’ll realize that I am GOD!”” ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭37:5-6‬ ‭MSG‬‬ Let God breathe life into you again, and you'll be able to start again. Believe me, I'm in the same situation.
